He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and a principal in the law firm Kazin & Gheiler, LLC.

He was previously an associate with Freeman, Wolfe & Greenbaum, PA, and an Assistant States Attorney with the Baltimore County States Attorneys Office. He attended the University of Maryland, College Park where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts. He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and a principal in the law firm Kazin & Gheiler, LLC.
