Settlement Officers |
Responsible for all necessary steps needed
to complete a real estate closing transaction from start to finish. This
includes contacting those involved with the closing to scheduling the closing
date and time; all correspondence with lender/client; preparation of Settlement
Statement; preparation of closing documents; attend and perform closing;
complete all after closing work, complete all final checklists, prepare
documents for recording and complete all follow-up to be sure a title insurance
policy can be issued.
Applicants should have 3-5 years experience in real estate, title insurance, or
banking. Our firm offers an excellent salary based on experience level.

Customer Service Specialist |
Serve as the front line to our customers answering questions, taking orders, setting up new orders & solving problems. Must be very customer service oriented, heavy phone work.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Processor |
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting
title abstract reports and converting into a title commitment. Prepare title
policies and endorsements. Heavy data entry and analytical skills.
